Prescription requests
This service is for patients aged 18 and over. You will be required to provide information about yourself, in order to use our prescription request service. It is your responsibility to update any details if they change.
You order will not be processed until we contact you to confirm receipt. Orders are processed at the discretion of the company.
Your information will be held securely – please see our privacy policy. We will not release your details to any third party.
Cancellation – once your order has been acknowledged, it cannot be cancelled or a refund given. Should there be a query with your order, we will endeavour to contact you to clarify. If we cannot get in touch with you, the prescription will be returned and you will not be charged.
Dispensing errors – It is important that you check your medication before taking it. If you have any doubt about what you have received, please contact the branch immediately.
